2. Free Consultation Clarification

Archadeck of Fredericksburg-Woodbridge offers complimentary design consultations to prospective clients within our service area. These consultations are provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase services. During a consultation, our design team will review your project needs and discuss design ideas.

Please note:

• Free consultations are limited to property owners within our standard service areas.
• A consultation does not constitute a contract or guarantee of services.
• Any future project work requires a signed agreement and deposit as outlined in our contract terms.

3. Estimates & Contracts

• Initial design consultations and project estimates are provided free of charge.
• A signed contract and deposit are required before any project begins.
• Estimates are subject to change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ from initial discussions.

4. Payments

• Payment schedules are outlined in your contract.
• Deposits are required to secure scheduling and material ordering.
• Final payment is due upon substantial project completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest or collection fees as allowed by law.

5. Project Timeline

• We strive to complete projects on schedule; however, timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting delays, or unforeseen site conditions.
• We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Warranties

• Archadeck projects typically include a written warranty on workmanship and materials (as outlined in your contract).
• Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain materials (e.g., decking, railing).
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by third parties.

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding property boundaries, easements, and HOA requirements.
• Secure necessary homeowner association approvals before construction (if applicable).
• Provide reasonable site access and utilities (e.g., electricity, water) during construction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archadeck of Fredericksburg-Woodbridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you under your project contract.
